I live in the Land of the North (North Sweden). I like metal/rock music. Strongly hate FNaF and I strongly dislike todays pop and techno music.
Why do you want to become a member of the staff team?: Because then I can have something to be proud of, as far as I know I haven't been staff in a LS server so this could be my first time.
I like to be helpful for people and just have fun, even though I may not show thst I am happy, it doesn't mean I'm not happy.

Do you have any staffing experience?: This may surprise you all, but yes, I do have sone staffing experience. I've been staff on more than 300 servers in total during all my 6 years in here.
I am currently hosting my own server, being HeadStaff on Fab's server, there's more too, of course. I am also staff on a few IRC channels, one of them is this one, Fab's, Fantasy's server, and some more which is pretty much dead.
How would you intermediate during an argument?: I would warn both of them, if they'd continue I'd mute them for 20 seconds. Meanwhile I will PM both of them asking what's wrong, then I try to calm them both down. After that, if the argument is still going I would kick them both.
How would you deal with a griefer?: I would do this:
1) Freeze it.
2) Undo it.
3) Warn it.
4) Ask it why it griefed.
5) Not good answer, kick. Good answer, it can stay in the server but I will follow it and it would get kicked if it would do something bad.
How would you deal with a constant spammer/flooder?: I'd mute them, warn it, ask it why it spammed/flooded the chat.
If continue, warning + kick.
If there was someone ranked higher than you abusing the rules what would you do?: I would tell it to stop abusing, I would warn it aswell. But most important of all, I would report it to Joseph and/or Reph.
How many hours would you play per week?: If IRC counts, more than 15hours per day, of not, maybe 5-7 hours per day. (I am avaivable during those hours, not sure about being on though).
