Why do you want to become a member of the staff team?: I would like to become a staff member because I love helping people and making them enjoy their Minecraft experience, as staff of my first few servers I played on were helping and supportive towards me, I think that's why I am able to be playing today.
Do you have any staffing experience?: I do, I've been staff in some servers and I did very good on the servers. (premium servers)
How would you intermediate during an argument?: I'd warn them and tell them to stop, if he continues, kick.
How would you deal with a griefer?: I'd warn him 3 times then kick, if he continues with a same behaviour, 1 hour ban.
How would you deal with a constant spammer/flooder?: I'd warn him 3 times then mute them for 5 minutes, if he continues with a same behaviour, kick.
If there was someone ranked higher thank you abusing the rules what would you do?: I'd contact the owner or an admin
How many hours would you play per week?: If it's addicting I would play 6 hours per week, probably 4 hours per week because of school.
